I have a cicular ap thing that keeps appearing on my LG how do o get rid of it?

Every time it seems I'm using my phone if I hit the corner of my phone a nuicence cicular ap thing shows in using a lg it also at times says I have a virus or I've been hacked. I had used a clean sweep thing which I did go through the play store and deleted it. I have used two different virus ckeaners avg and kasperty both say there is nothing wrong. I have a lg how do I get this off of my phone?
