I have a " cli.sys " on my Android tablet, keeps coming back after delete!

Not sure where it came from but the only thing I have noticed is when I am trying to watch videos they seem to freeze up my tablet and I have to do a hard shut down then reboot my tablet.

I didn't write Android, but from other operating systems I've written, I'd guess it's the command line interface system file. That's the file that interprets just about everything that's being done on the phone. If it's in warranty it's due for a replacement. If not, it's due for a full system backup and a ROM reflash.
