Hello. If you used the Google calendar or the Samsung calendar in the app, you need to set up your new device with the same Google and Samsung accounts.
These are cloud based calendars.

Go to Accounts Google and Accounts Samsung, touch the account name and ensure Calendar is synced by default.
Turn on Master Sync.

If you used My Calendar, the device only calendar, you can only retrieve those entries if you synced or backed up to Samsung Kies on a pc.

..... although.....
If your old device is fully functional, you can backup to Kies, or preferably the newer Samsung Smart Switch program for pc, and Restore to the new device.
Also sync as much as you can to your Samsung and Google accounts, as Kies and Smart Switch don't make a complete image of your old device.
