I have a Galaxy S4 and want to transfer games to a tablet - can I?

My toddler grandson takes over my Galaxy S4. I want to buy him a tablet and transfer all the games I purchased from Amazon.com to the tablet. Can this be done?

You can load the games if you sign into the play store with the same account that you used when you purchased the games. Be sure the todler does not have access to your password! They grow up quickly!
