I have a Galaxy S6 and the screen is frozen with the Verizon logo. It won't do anything, any ideas?

I have a galaxy s6 and the screen is froze with the verizon logo. It won't do anything

I have samsung galaxy s6. It was in 34% I went to charge it and the charger got pretty warm and then I noticed the verizon logo was froze on screen. It won't shut off or anything. Any ideas?

I would take this along with your charger to Verizon and see if they can help you.
