I have galaxy on5 that I factory rest but now its asking for os am downloading it but its now 3 hours an Its still not download

Welcome to Android Central! First, why did you do a factory reset in the first place? Was the phone having problems beforehand?

What do you mean it's asking for OS? Are you getting a screen that says "Downloading, do not turn off target?"

In case you are, and B. Diddy goes to sleep before you get back here, that's the Download screen, the phone isn't downloading anything. Just restart the phone (hold the power button in for about 15-30 seconds).
