I have a ghost problem

As you can see screen 2 is behind my home screen [the one on top] How can i fix this?

FYI, I edited your screenshots to blot out your email address, for your privacy.

Make sure you didn't create a wallpaper out of a screenshot. Does the problem go away if you change wallpapers?
