i have a the new Droid Turbo 2 and it's saying Google Play Services are not supported by my device?

the message is coming up on Google Play services

when I try to use the Google voice it doesn't work..

Google Play crashed very time I opened it when I first set up the phone doing a restore from Verizon. I did a factory reset and manually reinstalled my apps and everything worked without problems.

Find google play services in your app list and uninstall updates. Let it update again on it's own.
