I have a OnePlus One - ask me about it!

I don't wanna waste my data fair use, and don't wanna be forced to use these apps. I need native video calling, but no review about it on that phone :/

I'm no sure what you're asking. Even if video calling was worked into the phone app (which I think is what you are asking), it would still require data. What I think you're asking isn't technically possible.

It works without activation of data, it is sure that it needs the data frequences to work but it is transparent. In France video calls are free, but if you use skype or other software, you will waste your data fair use.

Some of you guys are pathetic with the begging for an invite. Go sign up and do it yourself. Frankly I think the BS invite is a bunch of crap and those clowns don't deserve my hard earned money. They can kiss my keester.

Dude how the heck did you get one I have been trying for awhile to get an invite for the photo but can't so how can I?

How long does the battery lasts with active mobile data connection and web browsing?

So how is it. Does the battery last? did you get a charge bank? On Att or t-mobile? Any bugs? I really want one.

Only had less than 5 hours so this is nothing even close to scientific.
But battery is holding strong. Started at 78%, all radios on, downloading 2GB of crap over T-Mobile LTE and playing with it(BC it is my new toy). 4hr 45min up time, 3hr 30min screen on time, playing with it way more than I normally would, and I am at 26% now.

I just got my OPO yesterday but can't seem to figure out how to set a custom notification sound for contacts. I see that you can set custom ring tones but I primarily use text so want to set notification sound by contact. Do you know how to go about doing this? Thanks!

I just got an invite for a 64gb today.. I'm with ATT and out of contract too. Do you guys think the transition to C Mod from Touch Wiz is easy for someone with 2 years as an Android guy and whether this phone kills the GS3 from top to bottom?

What I'd like to know is whether you think this phone is head and shoulders better than a GS3 in terms of reliability, performance, battery, camera and build. Most importantly I'd like to know whether you feel someone that was new to Android 2 years ago and is familiar with TW can make the transition to Cyanogen Mod without much trouble. I'm not a geek but also ramp up quickly with most technologies. I just got an invite for a 64 gb today and need to decide whether it makes sense.. dollar and cents too, LOL.

The OnePlus One is one of the hottest (and most hyped) phones of the year so far, and we finally have our hands on one. We've given it a video, pictures and some impressions on the blog already, but we know we can't cover every base in a single post.

OnePlus One hands-on and first impressions | Android Central

That's why I'm opening up this forum thread where you can ask me all of your burning questions about the OnePlus One. I'll do my best to follow up and answer as many as you can so be sure to check previous answers before you ask a potentially duplicate question.

In any case, have at it! What do you want to know about the OnePlus One?
