ugh not cool.. the phone on the left is my black Note 7 and the one on the right is my brother's Blue Note 7... the blue light filter is OFF on both...

i have.. colors look duller... for adaptive is it changing based on the lighting around you?

..... honestly wish i never compared it to my brother's phone.

Are you sure you didn't turn on or off night mode by accident. The color on the left look like a new feature Samsung added call night mode while the one on the right doesn't have night mode. Let me know if that the case and enjoy your phone.

It could be a manufacturing issue, or it could be something else. If you reboot both do you see a color difference between the two at boot?
Do you have the ambient light sensor(s) enabled or disabled on either one?

Maybe once the phone has gone through a few heat cycles, the glue will cure, and the colour with change?

My Galaxy S7 seemed too pink as well and turning off adaptive display and changing to Amoled Cinema worked for me some screens were more pink than others with adaptive selected.

Yeah when I read these display threads it reminds me of the same ones seen on iPhone forums of which is the better or actually accurate :-\

Maybe it's adhesive not fully set and needs heat cycle? Could be different panel sources (Samsung does outsource TV panels funny enough but not sure on mobile panels) and they are both within spec and wouldn't notice/care without a side by side compare. They both look clear though from pic.

The one on the left actually looks more accurate to me. The one on the right is too blue/cool. Could be just my monitor though.

Maybe wait to see if things change? Try different settings instead of the same ones?
If not, contact your seller and exchange.
Shouldn't be a big deal to do so.
Hope you get it sorted-out.

Lol. Omfg. I had this trouble with my iphone 6 plus 2 years ago. Went through 6 handsets before i found the right one. I thought samsungs were better
