I have a pro 12 tablet. It keeps shutting off when we don't use it.

For example: after charging all night we had to hold the button down for 15 seconds and restart it. We used it for 30 mins, then after an hour of not using it we tried to use it again and had to hold the button down for 15 seconds again. How can we get it to just sleep and not turn off? I cant find that option in the settings menu. Pushing the button on the side to turn off the screen does not make a difference. It turns off if we push the button or if we don't.

I have this problem as well. Mine is not a Note Pro 12.2, it is an Android Pro 12

The system staying on is unpredictable.
-It does not matter if I locked the screen or let it be idle until it went to sleep
-It does not matter if it has been asleep for 5 minutes or 1 day
-It does not matter if I had a lot of apps open or no apps open

I can't discern any patterns. Sometimes it will stay on, much of the time I have to hold the power button for 15 seconds until it turns on.
