I have a rule tech selfiestick. What do i need to do to attach it to my motorola droid?

Do I have to buy an app to get it to work?

Welcome to Android Central! Is it a Bluetooth selfie stick, or does it plug into the headphone jack? Which Motorola phone do you have exactly?

For most of these sticks to work, the phone's camera app has to have a setting that allows the volume button to become the shutter release button. Check your camera app's settings--do you see an option for that?
