I have a S5 sport and my system files/folder got deleted I've looked everywhere for a fix, what should I do?

I Have a S5 sport and my system files/folder got deleted ive looked everywhere for a fix

I dont know how it happend bit now i cant use anything on my phone if anyone knows a fix please tell me I tried reflashing rom but i have CM 11 and I looked on the site but its only 12.1 and up and those wont work PLEASE HELP.

Do you have the CM 11 ROM you were previously using? What about a Nandroid backup via Recovery? If so, flash or restore one of those. Otherwise, try searching for another ROM to flash, CM or not, to get back up and running.

No i do not im a big noob and i dont know much is there a ROM you could recomend and how do you do a Nandroid Backup?
