When my phone dies I plug it in. I used to be able to turn the phone back on about 15 minutes later. Now I can't. I try to turn it on and see a battery with green then I see the samsung phone name but the phone won't come on. another battery shows but it is all grey. 3 - 4 hours later the phone will turn on.
