I have a samsung galaxy S5 and used ultra power saver yesterday and now some contacts are missing

Assuming they were entered as Android contacts and you keep them synced (which all contacts should be), go to Google Contacts/Switch to the old version/More/Restore contacts, and restore them from there.

If not, re-enter them - as Google contacts - and make sure that Contacts sync is enabled in Accounts/Google.
