I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. It's locked and can't access it. What can I do?

Your son will have to give you the PIN or password to unlock it, if he agrees to do that.

Couldn't he just do a factory reset? Shut the phone down and then hold the volume up, power and home buttons. Boot to recovery mode and then wipe the phone clean. Wouldn't that clear the password?
