I have a Samsung On5 and when my phone is charging it says "No photos selected".how do I add photos?

I used to have photos selected but I deleted them so now it says that no photos are selected. I'd like to add more, but sadly I can't figure out how I did it before. I do this often. Please help.

See if in the device settings there is anything for customisation or wallpapers.
Would I think be similar to your normal wallpapers.
