I really need help to understand this the second message that comes on my screen is from Steve jones and it disappears real fast and it don't show up on my messages I don't know a Steve jones nor do I have one saved in my contacts what should I do help

Was this a refurbished device? You may have to perform a factory reset if you just got it.
