If your sim card will fit in the phone, it'll work in the phone. Doesn't matter if it's an iPhone, Moto, Samsung, Pixel etc it'll work
I was just about to echo this sentiment, especially if you're using the same carrier for both devices.

Welcome to Android Central! Or are you saying you want a separate line for your iPhone? If so, then talk to your carrier (or choose another carrier) to get another SIM card for a 2nd line.
