it works fine with my note 2 but when i insert it in the oneplus one; it says I have no service and when i try to make calls "To place a call, first turn off Airplane mode." pops up but clearly airplane mode is off. I also tried entering APN but no luck there either. When i search for network operators it just keeps searching and never stops.

I have multiple times..the phone reads the sim card but it just doesnt have anybars

I realize this won't help solve your problem, but I also use T-Mo with my One Plus, with no problems at all. Since it works with your other phone, I guess location isn't the issue. Wish I could offer a helpful suggestion, but I wouldn't think T-Mo is the problem.
