I recently used the T-Mobile 30-day International Pass for a two-week trip. While away, my network connection was hit-or-miss. I assumed the issue would resolve once I returned to the U.S. and reconnected to the home network, but the 'searching for service' or dropped signals are still happening. I have already tried resetting network settings and restarting the device. Any suggestions on a fix?....FYI: I also getting a "insert a SIM card" msg when i go to my messages.

Ok -- since you already tried a Reset Network Settings without success, I figured that the next step would be to talk more with T-Mobile, since it sounds like more of an issue on their side. Let's see if anyone else here has an idea. Good luck!

I’m happy to report that my issue has been resolved! I reached out to T-Mobile support and walked them through all the troubleshooting steps I had already tried. After I mentioned that I was getting the 'Insert a SIM card to continue' message, the tech determined it was likely a faulty physical SIM card.

We switched my line over to an eSIM, and everything is working perfectly now. A huge thank you to B. Diddy for the help and BerryBubbles for the input!
