Android Central Question

Hi there fellow tech geeks, I've been having this weird bug/glitch in my Samsung Galaxy S9. The issue is, I recently uninstalled an app called 'Meditation Counter' from my phone and after that, I have done a factory reset. After the phone turned on I noticed that the 'Meditation Counter' app's interface is stuck on the background with very less opacity. I uninstalled the app already but weirdly it's still there in the background of every screen/tab. Is there anyone else with the same issue?

Welcome to the forums. Does it change position if you switch to landscape mode? Take a screenshot and zoom it in and out, does it change size? If no to both questions then it's possible that you have a burn-in problem.

I would recommend you to create an account so you can reply on this thread.

I also think this is a burn in, which isn't a software glitch. It's an inherent design flaw of OLED screens, where keeping a static image on the screen long periods of time causes those pixels to wear out quicker. The only fix is a screen replacement because it's a hardware problem.
