I have an At&t GS7 and am in the UK, how do I upgrade!

I have an At&t GS7. I had it unlocked with At&t and am using it in the UK where I'll be living for a while now. I was wondering if anyone would know how to update it. We called at&t and samsung and they weren't much a help. Samsung gave me this update checking software for my computer but it's not finding one for my phone.
