I have an int'l Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 LTE, can it use 4G LTE on AT&T prepaid?

I have an int'l Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 LTE, purchased on release date outside of the US.

The spec sheet says my SM-N9005 has "4G LTE (800/850/900/1800/2100/2600 MHz)"

Can it use 4G LTE on AT&T prepaid? I do not know if any of those 4G LTE frequencies are used by AT&T in the US?

I think you MAY be able to use it but you may only get 3G speeds. I'm prolly wrong on that though.
