I have an LG 4 and the screen froze yesterday. How can I fix it?

I have an LG 4 and the screen frose yesterday.

I took out battery and put it back in. Now phone won't go past the LG screen when it turns on. Also, when I attempt to do the facorty restet I can get to the screen by holding volume up button and power button, but when I hit YES on the reset nothing happens.

I read places to hold the volume down button and power button to get to recovery mode but that doesnt work either.

You have the same issue happening to all G4. If you are still under warranty call LG for a replacement. This is a factory defect on the motherboard.

If you can't factory reset it, you could flash the firmware back to your device. LG Flash Tool

It is a cluster of these LG G4 being frozen on the LG G4 logo page..... Like whats really going on..... T- Mobile replace my LG G4....however dont know if its new...because it didnt come with a back cover or battery...and I also needed to send them my defected phone....if not they would've charge me a fee....like I said something is going on....
