I have an LG phone. It keeps saying SD Card blank and unsupported file(s). What can I do to fix it?

I've reformatted, which deletes everything and it works a couple days to a week, then the message returns. what is wrong. is there a way to fix this?

It could be a bad phone or a bad card. The only way to tell is to try the phone with a different (and known-good) card.
