I have an LG stylo 2 tracfone and it keeps giving me something about android vending

My dad gave me this phone and when he factory reset it and gave it to me, it kept saying: com.android.vending has stopped, com.google.android.music has stopped, google play services has stopped after pressing ok it immeidietly shows up again with all of the same things. I spam ok while trying to setup the phone and then when I click skip wifi setup and go to were it ask for my name, I click next and it doesn't move on to the next step. If I try to use WiFi then it says checking internet and it stays on that for hours and nothing ever changes, no matter what I do the same things pop up saying that they have stopped and am unable to set up the phone.

I went through it and my phone doesn't show up

Nevermind there is more that I didn't see

it goes all the way to lg stylo 3 and then it doesn't go any further, my phone isnt listed

Also my phone wont go into download mode

I did and I found it and it says no matching products when I click it

I'm just not going to mess with it, I might just throw it out, it doesn't work so there is no point in having it...
