I can get on the web thru my browsers but my Google play store won't get on line

Welcome to Android Central! What makes you think you were being cyberstalked? What doesn't seem right about which apps? Does Google Play Store give you an error message, or does it just hang?

If you're concerned enough about having been hacked or cyberstalked, then maybe it'd be best to do a full factory reset. Backup any important data beforehand.
