I have difficulty in performing hard reset on myphone mya9 dtv? How to perform hard reset into it?

Because when i do hard reset there was camera and after that there is red boxes on the corners and sides of the screen :<

That depends on what you mean by a hard reset - everyone misuses the term differently. If you mean "delete anything you've added to it since it was new", either settings, then search reset or boot into recovery if you can and reset from there. (If you have a Google account in it, and are giving it to someone else, remove the Google account first. (You'll need the password.)
