I have had a LG G4 1 1/2 weeks. Now I am unable to download.

I have been following what people keep suggesting to do, but, there is one problem. I can't seem to find Download Manager. So, I go to download manager app to download it and I can't download it as well as any other app. HELP!!!!!:-:-

Welcome to Android Central! What are you trying to download? Apps from Google Play? Files from a website?

To find the Download Manager, go to Settings>Apps>All. Or you might have to go to Settings>Apps​, tap the Menu button, and then tap Show System.
