I have lost my keyboard and only have voice activation, how can I get into my phone?

i have lost my keyboard and only have voice activation

i have a samsung galaxy s4 and have lost my keyboard and all i have is voice activation that needs to connect to the internet, but i cant connect to the internet as i have no keyboard to put my wifi password in could someone help me please

USB Wired connection to PC and sideload an apk.
Or go to play store on your computer. From there you can install an app to your device using your Google account.

I haven't done it in a while but on the PC version of playstore you log in with your account, find the keyboard app you want. There should be an install button. When you press install it will ask to which of your devices you want the installation. Turn on your phone wifi. You should get a notice that the app will be sent to your phone. I think it still works that way.

i wont let me connect to wifi as the voice control is ran by google

Should also download your phone even without Wifi.
