I have a Xiaomi MIA2 phone and a RHA MA750 Wireless headset. The bluetoothconnection works perfect with spotify, facebookcalls and all other different mediaplatforms, but when in a call the person I call or the person who calls me hear nothing. I hear everything. I have tried a whole lot of options but I havent come up with a solution as of yet so Im begging on my knees that one of u or more than one of u can come up with a solution or more solutions so this problem will be solved asap

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Bluetooth and tap the gear icon next to the headset. Is Phone Audio turned on?

Are you able to test another Bluetooth headset on your phone, or test your headset on someone else's phone?

I have that set toggled on yes! And I had the same headset, just another model I had to turn in due to a malfunction that worked. I have another bluetoothheadset aswell that works, it's just this one. And this one is my main headset due to the soundquality, the batterylength, the everything. Its not a matter of a life or death but its the things that makes life easier! I havent tried it on another phone as of yet no, but I will get on to it!

Then I'd suspect either your current headset is faulty, or there might be some firmware bug that is interfering with its microphone use. Is the headset still under warranty?

If you just got it, then I'd look into exchanging it. Since you already had the same model before and had to return it due to a malfunction, perhaps the company just isn't that reliable.

I have tried to pair it up again atleast 3-4 times. I have tried to see if the option for call audio is toggled on, thats as it should. And I have tried to go onto the developerstuff (I have no idea what it is but came across when googling it). Its basically like u have another option on the systemsettings which says systemdeveloper, in there where I have the option for bluetooth AVRCP-version I have tried 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6. All without it working. And like I said in my original post, it works in fbcalls so the mic is definitely working

Just to be sure, what happens if you long-press the main button on the headset, as if the headset were set to mute? Does it unmute?

If you look at the diagram in your manual, you'll see that there are 4 ways to press the middle button (between the Vol Up and Vol Down buttons). From what I understand, one short press acts as play/pause (during media playback) or answer call. A double press acts as fast forward/skip to next track or hang up call. A triple press acts as reverse/skip to previous track. And a long-press (i.e., pressing and holding the button for about a second or two) will toggle between mute and unmute.

Not sure -- maybe it's something specific to how you make calls. It's easy to test it, so give it a try and see if it makes a difference.

Tried it this saturday, was something a little problematic but it worked with another headset of the same kind in the store I bought it from. They assumed something was wrong with my phone due to how it worked in every other aspect than my phonecalls

Okey guys. I appreciate all the help! I may have found where the problem lies. I have another headset which I used before this in which I thought was working good, my problem is that I hadnt used it in a couple of weeks before today. Today I received a call and I had this other headset on and I had the same problem. So the problem is obviously my phone. AND I can remember a few weeks back (at this time I have a lil issue remember seeing as every day goes into the next day and so forth) I had to update my phone to Android 10 or whatever. So based on my info the solution to what was wrong with my headset, probably nothing. The problem was my phone and the latest update. So, I have another question if u may be able to ask my question (seeing as u guys has had all the hints so far I have faith). How can my phone be set back to Android 9 or whatever when my phone was working with my headset in phonecalls? Or what do I have to do with my Xiaomi MI A2 Android 10 in order for this to work?
