I have Samsung tab 10.1 2011 cannot update no apps

Download from playstore : authentication required, need to sign in google account . Already signed in. Download apps from Internet : There is a problem parsing the package. Market purchase app: error while retrieving information from server [DF-RPC-01]. Samsung wiped tab then said new update not compatable so unable to download apps.
