I Have Sony Z3 Xperia , I want 4G only

I do not want 2G or 3G, I want 4G only all the time any one could help please...
bair in mind the my mobile has two sim cards.

In the settings below Xperia connectivity (don't select xperia connectivity) there is a button that says "More..." press that and there should be an option in there to change the network type to 4G
