You can try force closing the app and restarting the phone see what happens.

The S10 has a lot of power options have you looked at them? I have one too but I'm not sure if what the consequences are of using them all.

I havent messed with them at all

I had this same issue - another forum member B Diddy mentioned removing Google Play Music from the list of apps in Battery Optimization and it works! Try it out.

Do you use it? If not just disable it. If you do you could also delete the cache and even disable it to uninstall any updates then reboot and enable it again and let it update and see what happens.
