I have the LG G6 i cracked the Invisible Shield brand Tempered Glass 2 times? in a few months.

There's a lifetime replacement on the tempered glass but I have not used it because I did not know to register it the first time. Now I have registered the new tempered glass but it has cracked again. The tempered glass cracks in the place it won't seal because of the otterbox case I am using. So when I drop it which I do it cracks where it won't stay sealed. Same thing happend to my son's LG G6 tempered glass and otterbox case. Any thoughts changing tempered glass companies? The phone has never been damaged so that's the positive in all this but I have never had this problem with tempered glass? It is the Invisible Shield brand.

The tempered glass only protects the screen from scratches. The Otterbox case does the same thing, so why use the tempered glass protector? (The protector doesn't protect the screen from breaking if you drop it just wrong. It doesn't protect the screen if you drop something on the screen. It's just another thing making the screen less sensitive in both your cases - yours and your son's.) I've had my phones in an Otterbox for years, even had one flung, screen-first, against a wall, and never had any damage to either one (or to the wall).
