I inadvertently removed the "Apps" icon...how do I put it back on home screen?

There is no "Apps" app in the app drawer and I can't find it in the Play Store.

Help! Where is it? I'd like to put it back on my dock.

Anyone have any ideas?

What launcher? On Nova you go into widgets and it's at the top under Nova actions.
Took me awhile to figure it out as I use swipe up gesture to open it.
