i inserted a new sim card into my adeoid 9s in brazil...it worked fine until this morn8 g.

i have 3 or 4 bars but the phone will not connect to a 4g network.

S9? 9S would be an iPhone, if they hadn't skipped "9".

Bring the phone to your carrier and ask for help. If it connects to the network it can't be a bad SIM card, but it could be something changed in your account. Or it could be something wrong with the phone.
