I installed the new software on my Tab 3 and it went off and these colors came up on the screen, what do I do?

I installed the new software on my tab 3 and it went off and these colours came up on the screen

It's goes off but when I put it back on,it just goes back to the colours on it!!!
Please help!!

Please give more detail. Sorry, nobody can truly help you with this little information. Try emergency recovery with kies, or a custom rom. Use kies if you don't know how to install a custom rom. If you don't know what a custom rom is, don't attempt to use one. If you have root and a custom recovery, and know how to install custom roms, try that.
