help with my samsung a3 ,i just dropped into water ,any solution?

i have samsung galaxy a3 and it is unremovable batery , and i dropped it into water and then screen is just black but the sound is well

try putting in closed bag with some rice for a week. Try vacuum it with hoover, take a hand and put on the vacuum hose, try not making any gaps, and vacuum it all over. If that does not help, you need to change the screen.

I've dropped my phone into water about 2 days ago (Saturday). I have dried the phone off with cloth and then have placed the phone into a bag of rice. Its been 3 days and 2 nights since the phone has been in the rice. As I turn the phone on, the start up Samsung icon comes up normal but when I get to the home screen it then states that the phone temperature is too low to charge and also my touch screen doesn't work...
What shall I do, how do I fix this problem?
Does the vacuum trick usually work?#:'(
