I just picked up a NEW 32GB 2013 Nexus 7 for $128!

A Staples store near me (Old Bridge, NJ) is closing at the end of this month, and apparently has 2013 Nexus 7 models still in stock. They're selling the 16GB model for $98, and the 32GB model for $128.

I just looked it up. Nope, just his store. Staples is selling the Nexus 32 on "clearance" for $260.

This sale has been going since last week, it's just unannounced. There are five of these at the Palmdale, CA Staples for $128.

I got it at that price! I went to the local Staples and looked around and didn't see any, so I asked the salesman, and he said, no, dont know of any sale like that, but then he said, wait a minute, I'll look in the back, and he found a returned unit that they were selling for 128, so I got it, and now I have two N7's.

I got one (32GB new) for the same price from my local Staples store on Dec 26th. They didn't have any on display but the salesman said they were closing them out before new tablets were released. I had been looking at a Samsung Tab 4 with only 8GB of storage for about $160 so I jumped on this one fast!

I know. I felt bad asking the guy to do anything for me, like check in the locked storage room for deeply discounted tablets that he probably can't afford since he's out of a job soon.
