I just recently started getting a retry message when I try to send a text message, I have an LG K4

[Android Central Question]

My phone was working fine, but in the past couple of day I try to send a text and I get the retry over and over again. Everything else seems to be working fine, just not the texting.
How can I fix this...In layman terms...I have very little experience with cell phone...I was a pager person for years at work. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! The first thing I'd do is contact the carrier and see if there are any known issues with the network.
