All of that seems perfectly normal. Unless you have something specific which seems unusual let us know. If you interact with a phone, you are using it. Dismissing notifications is normal. Device settings can change if an updates or a new app is installed or you may have tweaked the phone. I see no issues. Don't waste your time on this.
