I know some of use are late to the game but do you still use a screen protector?

well I read about how durable the screen was so I opted to not get a screen protector. I now have a few scratches and should have thought better of it and just put one one. they aren't super noticeable but they are there and a SP would have prevented them. it's too late for mine, but if you're considering one, than I'd just get it.
If you put one such as ArmorSuite on it as it cures it'll fill in the scratches, making them invisible as long as the protector is on it.

I took the plunge and got a Nexus 5 to toy with (my guy thinks I've lost my mind). I put a Skinomi on it Tuesday evening and it still looks like it hasn't cured yet. I didn't realize it took so long.

The one on my watch took about 2 weeks to fully cure. I used to use Zagg ones on my phones back before Gorilla Glass and they usually took 3-4 days. I went heavy on the spray with my watch do that might explain the extra time . It was clear in about a week but still felt really rubbery for about another week.

I guess I am old school. I have put a screen protector on my GS. I also had one on my G2.

Never type without glasses, *Us not Use.....LOL. Thanks everyone I went with a screen protector. Can always replace it if the protector gets scratched, not so with a bare screen.

just a follow up on my scratches on my gear s screen. I decided to get the ArmorSuit MilitaryShield screen protector and I'm very happy with it. It install perfectly and isn't noticeable at all. It also had the added benefit of hiding all the scratches that were on the face. they aren't even visible now.

When I bought my Note 4 last November I decided that it simply wasn't fair for the next owner of my phone to have a beautiful screen to look at because I covered it with a screen protector and covered the phone in a case. It was the first phone I decided I was going to go completely naked with and I don't have a single ding or scratch on it. And I am doing the same thing with my Note 5...no protector on it. Mind you I do pay special attention to my toys... And since I have gotten my Sear S I have treated it the same way with no screen protector and I have no dings on it. I paid a lot of money for the devices so that I can enjoy the screen... Not the next person!

I got my watch the day it came out and have never had a screen protector on it. I have hit it a bunch of times so I know it can take a beating.

A well-installed good screen protector doesn't make your device look bad at all, IMO. They do protect from scratches and can protect from damage that would otherwise blemish a screen.

Done properly you can't tell that it's there... Phones that is

I hope the screen can take a beating better than my screen protector.
Not willing to take the chance though, after seeing how much damage it takes.
My phone and tablets don't need them, but I am not slamming them into walls or grinding them against stones on the ground, well, when I can help it anyway.

Working outside, landscaping, my screen protector is trashed!
I will have to always use one.
Just walking and bumping into a corner has left paint behind on the screen protector.
Maybe I am more clumsy that way. And dirty, very very dirty!

Same here. I work in a steel mill and wear mine constantly and the screen protectors help save it.

I use a Zagg HD on mine. Got it at Target for $9.99. Lifetime warranty. Better safe than sorry, ten bucks to protect a $350 watch is a no-brainer to me!
