Foremost is LTE since it was the first GSM Nexus to get it(Finally)
32GB of Storage, I would like more, but the first Playstore Nexus to get 32GB.
The 1080P screen...still a beauty.

Great performance, great screen, no bloat, first for updates, excellent camera. I can live with the mediocre battery life.

Superb display, fast and responsive in use, good camera, top quality device for a medium price. You can hardly go wrong with the N5, and still in my opinion definitely worth buying and probably will be for a long time, if still available.
