I locked myself out of my phone, how can I get in?

I locked myself out of my phone help

For some reason my Samsung edge stopped recognizing my thumb print and I forgot backup password...its been sooo long ago. Sprint did a hard boot because gmail account wasnt working either and still can't unlock phone
