I miss my clam shell!

Guess it was time... the clam shell is GONE but not forgotten. I am too old for technology but being the last ol' boy on the planet who can't text was getting embarrassing. Got a INSPIRE phone and have found it mystifying. I can make a call but will need help with most everything else. The darn user's manual is over 200 pages and last time I read a book that long was in the 8th grade back when Eisenhower was prez... anyway, glad to have found this forum as it looks like some help is at hand. SOS! Thanks

ohhhh man, what you have is not a phone, it's a smartphone, and the difference is HUUUUUGE. with your old phone the only thing you did was call right? with this one, calling is literally the LAST thing you'll think about (at least that's how it is for me) my suggestion is: play around with it for a week or so, get used to it, and the remaining specific doubts that you have, ask here
