My only gripe with T-Mobile is they don't unlock them for you right away. They say "You can request an unlock after 40 days" which doesn't ease my mind that they will unlock it no questions asked. This shouldn't be the case when paying full price IMO.

And I can't seem to find it unlocked anywhere so I may be stuck with T-Mobile.

Just talk with them -- they usually will unlock. I had my Note 4 unlocked a week after getting it since I paid in full.
