I need an unlock code for my qlink step Z3351s

[Android Central Question]

While I was with qlink every month my phone would puk lock and they would force me to purchase another one. This went on for three months. I moved and had to change carrier because they didn’t offer service where I currently live. The FCC has told me they are legally required to unlock my phone but they refuse. This has been going on for a year.? Can someone please help me out on how to unlock this phone with the unlock code. My wife recently broke her phone and I can’t afford another one so I have to get this one working so she can use it. Please help me I’ve tried every other option and I don’t know where else to turn

You would have to talk with your carrier for puk unlock , not much we can help with .

Not the PUK code, but the carrier unlock (the SIM unlock) code.

They're only required to unlock it if nothing is owed on the phone. A Lifeline phone may have "money owed on it" as a consequence of the way the service runs. I haven't checked, but you can call the FCC and check if Lifeline phones are included in the unlocking law.

Did you get your device directly from Q Link, or did you get it somewhere else and bring it to Q Link?
