Okay so I have an old Galaxy S4 Active that is super beat up and the screen finally died on it the other day. It's just black and doesn't respond at all but it does turn on, LED lights flash and the sounds still work but no screen. Normally this wouldn't be too bad except, the usb/charger port is also broken and won't connect at all. I had been using a wall charger and multiple batteries to use the phone. I have a bunch of pictures still inside the phone storage that I thought was backed up by my antivirus app but unbeknownst to me the app had not been syncing for the past year. I had a ton of pics on my sd card but then it filled up and I was just waiting until I could afford another one to back up the phone storage on. Ugh, yes, lesson learned, backup immediately on at least 2 different clouds, cards, etc. Is there any way at all to get those pictures back? There are many that mean the world to me like my son's first year in school and the last video and pictures taken of my now deceased kitty! I'm pretty desperate here, please help!
